Fried Bananas

Items Needed
4 bananas
1 cup of flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 teaspoon of cinnomon
1/2 cup of water
2 tablespoon of lemon juice
grated rind from one lemon
1 egg (separated)
oil
powdered sugar

Temperature
Stove top

Instructions
Heat oil in a sauce pan, or you can use an electric fryer.

Put flour, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon in bowl.

Combine water, lemon juice, lemon rind, and egg yolk in a bowl and mix.

Poor the mixture into the center of the dry ingredients and blend well.

Next whip the egg whites until smooth and fluffy and fold into the batter.

Peel 4 bananas and slice.

Drop the banana pieces into the batter and shake off excess batter. Place them into the HOT oil and fry until golden brown.

Let them cool by draining them on a paper towel. After cool sprinkle them with powdered sugar and top them with some cinnamon.
